Terms and Conditions
Jimmy’s Junk Removal, LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Jimmy’s Junk Removal, LLC (“JJR”), a Georgia limited liability company, and the client (“Client”) receiving services, with the intent to define the rights and obligations of each party in connection with junk removal and/or trailer rental services provided by JJR.
1. Scope of Services
JJR will perform services as outlined in the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement provided to Client (collectively, the “Estimate”). These services may include junk removal, trailer rental, debris hauling, or related services. All services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
2. Nature of Relationship
JJR is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties. Client has no authority to bind or represent JJR to third parties.
3. Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
Client may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice by calling 678-748-0723.
JJR reserves the right to require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if a job is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No refunds are issued after services have been rendered.
4. Fees, Invoices, and Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services or as stated on the Estimate.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, or cash.
A 1.5% monthly late fee (or the maximum permitted by Georgia law) will be charged for overdue invoices.
Client authorizes JJR to charge any unpaid balance to the credit card or payment method on file.
5. Credit Card Authorization
By entering into this Agreement, Client authorizes JJR to securely store and charge their credit card or bank account for any amounts due under this Agreement. This includes service fees, overages, damages, or late fees, if applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
JJR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property value or business disruption. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JJR and its agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Accidental property damage,
Improper disposal by the Client,
Hazardous materials or violations of disposal laws,
Bodily injury caused by Client’s negligence or materials.
7. Trailer Rental Terms
Trailer rental includes one ton (2,000 lbs) of debris removal.
Overages are billed at $100 per ton, rounded up to the nearest quarter-ton.
Rentals include a designated pickup date. Additional time is billed at $25 per day, subject to availability.
No hazardous materials, tires, paint, freon appliances, or mattresses may be disposed of without prior written approval. Unauthorized items are subject to convenience fees (see Section 8).
All items must fit within the trailer walls and may extend no more than 2 feet above the walls. If the load must be rearranged for safety, additional labor fees apply.
Client is responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period, including but not limited to: walls, flooring, tires, tarp system, signage, or spillage.
8. Additional Disposal Fees
Paint Disposal:
Pint: $5 each
Quart: $7 each
Gallon: $12 each
5-Gallon Bucket: $38 each
Spray Paint: $3 each
Spray Lubes (e.g., WD-40): $3 each
Tire Disposal:
Standard Passenger Tire (without wheel): $12 each
Standard Passenger Tire (with wheel): $17 each
Truck/SUV Tire (with wheel): $28 each
Truck/SUV Tire (without wheel): $25 each
Off-road/Tractor Tire: $79 each
Mattresses: $33 each
Freon appliances (AC/fridge): $25 each
Food-filled fridge/freezer: $75 removal fee
Unauthorized hazardous material (spill): $250 cleanup fee
9. Access and Pickup Rights
Client agrees to allow JJR access to the property for trailer delivery, inspection, and pickup. JJR reserves the right to enter the property and reclaim the trailer at any time after the rental term expires or if terms are violated.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any legal claims or disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paulding County, Georgia.
The prevailing party in any legal dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs.
11. Force Majeure
JJR shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, labor shortages, or government regulations.
12. Entire Agreement and Modifications
This Agreement, together with any associated Estimate or Invoice, represents the entire agreement between JJR and Client. No verbal promises or side agreements are binding unless in writing and signed by both parties. JJR may update these Terms from time to time by posting revisions at www.ineedjunkremoval.com.
13. Electronic Acceptance
Client agrees that booking services, paying a deposit, or otherwise confirming service via phone, email, or website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of services.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Client Acknowledgment
By booking services or signing below, Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions and authorizes all related charges.
